How do Loyalty Points work?

For every 1 credit wagered on slots, or 5 credits wagered on other games at the casino, you will receive 1 loyalty point. Be advised, failing to maintain the required amount of loyalty points, every month, per level, will make you lose your status (but you cannot drop below Silver).

Loyalty points expire after 60 days of not being used. Rest assured, you will be notified of possibly losing your points long before they actually expire.

How can I redeem my loyalty points?

In the 'My Account' section of your Vegas Palms software, simply click the 'Redeem Loyalty Points' button. This will take you to the section where you can redeem your points. Remember, a minimum of 5,000 points is needed for any exchange to be made.
