As a Vegas Palms Rewards member, you will begin earning loyalty points the moment you start wagering and playing your favourite games. These loyalty points will start accumulating in your Reward account, and once you have accumulated enough points to redeem, you may transfer your cash-out from the loyalty points to your casino account, and then withdraw the cash as normal, should you wish to.

How to earn loyalty points

• Every time you place a bet or wager at Vegas Palms Online Casino, you will get loyalty points. These points are earned as follows:
• 1 credit wagered on slots = 1 loyalty point.
• 5 credits wagered on other games = 1 loyalty point.
• If you don’t use loyalty points within 60 days of collecting them, they will expire.

Each level of the Vegas Palms Rewards program has its own benefits. These benefits provide additional bonuses to your status as a ‘Real Money’ player.

How to redeem loyalty points

• You can only start exchanging loyalty points for extra casino credits once you have a minimum of 5,000 points.
• Loyalty points may be redeemed for either casino credits, or for cash.

To access your Rewards account:

1. Log in to your Vegas Palms casino software, using your password and account number.
2. In the casino start-up screen, you’ll see an ‘L’ icon. Click it access your Rewards account.
3. Here, you can see how many loyalty points you’ve accumulated, and you can also go about redeeming these points, either for cash or for casino credits to play with.
