How to take part in tournaments

There are 3 ways in which you can start participating in a tournament at Vegas Palms Online Casino:

  1. An email invitation is sent to your inbox. Click the Enter Here button.
  2. In the Vegas Palms casino software – primarily in the opening screen – you’ll see graphics in the form of banners. These banners are links to specific promotions. Clicking on the banner will take you to that promotion’s page.
  3. Alternately, you can participate by clicking on the Enter Here button in the website, under each promotion.

Many of the Vegas Palms promotions are exclusive, invite-only events, accessible through the Fortune Lounge Personal Messenger. This small, easily-downloadable application will appear on your desktop once you’ve downloaded it, in the form of a red star. When a new promotion is launched, or you’re sent an email invite from Vegas Palms, a window will pop up. Simply click on Enter Here to proceed.   • This promotion is exclusively open to Real Account holders registered at the following Fortune Lounge Online Casinos: 7Sultans, Royal Vegas, Desert Dollar, Platinum Play, Havana Club, Fortune Room, Vegas Villa, Vegas Towers and Vegas Palms.
  • To enter and qualify for this promotion, real account holders must have made a deposit at a Fortune Lounge Online Casino prior to entering or ‘opting into’ any of the tournaments and promotions associated with the competition. Winners will forfeit any prize/s if this criteria is not met.
  • The promotional period in its entirety is between 30 March 2010 and 15 June 2010.
  • The prize of cruise tickets will not be redeemable for cash or casino credits
  • To enter and qualify for these various promotions, players must 'opt in' to the promotions and meet the minimum qualification requirements. These qualification requirements will be published weekly via e-mail to all Real Account holders.
  • All competition details will be e-mailed to all Real Account holders in the Fortune Lounge group on the beginning date of each competition.
  • The casino credit prizes will be distributed throughout the course of the promotion and at the discretion of the Fortune Lounge group.

  • The Fortune Lounge group's decision on the award of the cruise ticket holders shall be final and binding on all parties. No member of the Fortune Lounge group management shall enter into any correspondence in this regard.
  • The finalists agree that their names, photographs and video imagery may be used in any promotional material by the Fortune Lounge group.
  • The finalists agree that they and their travelling partners will need to sign comprehensive release waivers prior to receiving their cruise tickets. Failure to sign said wavers will result in forfeit of the prize (the cruise) and exclusion from the slots tournament.
  • Employees of any member of the Fortune Lounge group, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this competition.
  • The Fortune Lounge group will reimburse players for the reasonable economy class flights of the player and 1 (one) partner to the final event. This amount will be reimbursed to the player via casino credits at the discretion of the Fortune Lounge group. Should the amount be insufficient, the outstanding fees will be for the players account. Airfares will only be reimbursed to players attending the final event.
  • The Fortune Lounge group will reimburse players for the reasonable economy class flights of the player and 1 (one) partner to the final event. This amount will be reimbursed to the player via casino credits at the discretion of the Fortune Lounge group. Should the amount be insufficient, the outstanding fees will be for the players account. Airfares will only be reimbursed to players attending the final event.
  • The Fortune Lounge group shall not be liable for any delayed departure, missed carrier connections, substitutions of accommodations, or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, denied boarding, changes in fares and rates, or for cancellation or double booking of reservations, tickets, or charters beyond its control and without notice.
  • The standard Terms & Conditions of each of the Fortune Lounge group apply to this promotion and shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these terms and the standard Terms & Conditions.
  • The Fortune Lounge group's determination of the winners shall be final and binding on all parties. The Fortune Lounge group shall not enter into any correspondence in this regard.
  • Once the Fortune Lounge group hands the prize to the winners, the winners shall own and bear all risk in and to the prize. All costs and liabilities related to the prize thereafter, including, but not limited to, personal tax, banking fees and insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and for the winner's exclusive account.
  • It shall be a condition precedent: To participate in the cruise that all participants in such cruise, sign a disclaimer, waiver and indemnification document in favour of the Fortune Lounge group with regard to any risk attendant to such cruise and any consequences arising there from, including but not limited to personal injury, loss or death.
  • All weekly competitions are subject to the participant clicking the “Enter Here” button.
  • In the event of a tied result for the lowest payout to bet contest, participants that have the tied result will be entered into a Lucky Draw to determine the overall winners.
  • The lowest payout to bet contest has a minimum wagering requirement. You are required to wager at least 20 in order to qualify to win the stipulated prizes.

General Promotional Terms & Conditions

Terms & conditions for all promotions and offers The following Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions and offers offered by Platinum Play Online Casino (herein referred to as the "Casino"). In addition to these Terms & Conditions, please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the specific conditions applicable to any promotion in which you decide, or are invited, to participate.

  4. For the purpose of all promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5).
  5. Where promotions are specifically addressed to an individual/casino account, offers are only valid in respect of the casino and casino account number as specified in the promotion notification communication.
  6. Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make deposits will invalidate any offer.
  7. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must have a play-through of at least once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that deposit will be credited.
  8. A player's casino account balance is divided into a cash balance and a bonus balance.
  9. When your gaming account is credited with a promotional bonus, these credits will be added to your "Bonus Balance".
  10. All Deposits will be added to your "Cash Balance".
  11. All winnings using your Cash Balance will be added to your Cash Balance.
  12. All Winnings using the Bonus Balance will top up your Bonus Balance to the original bonus/es amount (less any movements from the Bonus Balance to the Cash Balance), and the excess winnings will be added to your Cash Balance.
  13. Your cash balance may only be withdrawn from your gaming account once all play-through requirements on any bonus balance has been met. If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling all the play-through requirements of the bonus, you will forfeit your cash winnings and remaining Bonus Balance. You may withdraw your purchase amount prior to meeting your bonus play-through requirements, by contacting our support centre.
  14. Your Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn from your gaming account.
  15. No withdrawals will be processed on accounts where a deposit has never been made.
  16. Bonus amounts credited to a Player's Bonus Balance are subject to thirty (30) times play-through / wagering before they may be cashed in.
  17. For any wager made, the wager is deducted from your Cash Balance first. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus Balance. This effectively means that credits in the Player's bonus balance are only played if there is no cash balance.
  18. As you meet the play-through / wagering requirement of the promotion bonus you received, your Bonus Balance will decreased in €10 increments and be added to your Cash Balance.
  19. Where the payment of a Bonus under the terms of any Promotion is dependent on You making a deposit into your Cash Balance and You withdraw all or any part of your deposit before the Bonus is paid into your Bonus Balance, You will forfeit the Bonus in question and any winnings won using the Bonus.
  20. Play-through / wagering on all games will count towards the play-through / wagering requirement, BUT the types of games you play will contribute differently towards meeting your play-through/wagering requirement.
  21. Wagering on all Gamble Features will not count towards any play-through requirements.

  24. The following examples are based on a standard offer of 100% deposit match on a €100 deposit.
  25. If you play only Slots, which count 100% toward your bonus play-through requirement, you will need to play-through 300 credits to move a 10 credit increment to your Cash Balance, and 3,000 credits before the entire bonus is moved to your Cash Balance.

  29. If you do not want a promotional bonus which has been deposited into your Bonus Balance by the Casino then you may request that a Casino support consultant reverse the deposit of the promotional bonus and remove that promotional bonus from your Bonus Balance. Such a request can be made by way of email or telephone call. If any Play-through has taken place with regard to the promotional bonus in question, then that promotional bonus may not be removed from your account until the play-through requirements associated with that promotional bonus have been met.
  30. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. ‘Irregular play’ includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:
    1. Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met;
    2. Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;
    3. Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps, Baccarat and Roulette.

  31. No cash-ins will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honoured, until a minimum deposit of €20 is made at the casino where the cash-in is occurring and any subsequent deposit match bonus is played through in full.
  32. The minimum deposit at Platinum Play Online Casino is €20.
  33. The minimum cash-in amount at Platinum Play Online Casino is €50. The minimum value for a check to be sent is €30.
  34. New customers playing Video Poker will be limited to doubling wins up to a maximum of 20% of the value of their initial deposit plus their bonus until such time as the play-through requirements on their bonus have been met.
  35. Players that select Great British Pounds (GBP sterling) as their currency AND are not resident in United Kingdom will NOT be eligible to receive any bonuses.
  36. The Fortune Lounge Group of casinos reserves the right to limit the number of new player sign-up bonuses that may be taken up, across the casino brands within the group, to two per customer per seven day period so that no more than two (2) new player sign-up offers may be taken up within a seven (7) day time period.
  37. Should you make arrangements with the Casino to transfer funds from one Casino account to another Casino account, any credit standing in the transferring account's Bonus Balance shall remain in the transferring account until such time as the play-through requirements in respect of that amount have been met by you.
