• Once the Fortune Lounge group hands the prize to the winners, the winners shall own and bear all risk in and to the prize. All costs and liabilities related to the prize thereafter, including, but not limited to, personal tax, banking fees and insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and for the winner's exclusive account.

26. If you do not want a promotional bonus which has been deposited into your Bonus Balance by the Casino then you may request that a Casino support consultant reverse the deposit of the promotional bonus and remove that promotional bonus from your Bonus Balance. Such a request can be made by way of email or telephone call. If any Play-through has taken place with regard to the promotional bonus in question, then that promotional bonus may not be removed from your account until the play-through requirements associated with that promotional bonus have been met.
